Hotel Policies

The Cancellation Conditions of the Holiday Time Hotel are:

* The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
* The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 14 days before the arrival date.

In addition, from the website you can request to make a specific reservation and it will be subject to availability and the reservation will only be confirmed once the Hotel confirms it in writing.

Entrance / check in:
The availability of the room is from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Although your reservation is guaranteed, if you wish to enter the Hotel before this time or, after 23:00, please inform the Hotel Reception (subject to availability).

Check out:
The Departure Time of your room must be before 12:00 on the day of departure. The Hotel will provide you with facilities to store your luggage if you need it. Please check with Reception upon arrival if you wish to check out late to see if it is possible.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in our Hotel. However, it is necessary to contact our hotel and communicate it previously for admission and inform them of the access conditions and the rooms in which it would be possible. However, it is reported that any pet needs to access the hotel with the obligatory sanitary cards as well as the location chips and come in their transport and check the access areas to the Hotel that can be accessed with the pets. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area (except guide dogs for the blind), as well as leaving them alone in the Hotel rooms. In the event that they are left alone and the animal causes noise and / or bad behavior, the Hotel may call the municipal animal control services for their removal, the person who has introduced the animal to the Hotel being required to pay of all expenses.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is a buffet in our coffee shop for the convenience of the client, being the hours from: 07:00 to 10:30.

Hotel Emblemático Holiday Time accepts a wide variety of cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Children’s beds:

Children of any age can be accommodated. Extra beds and / or cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the Hotel. Check availability for your reservation depending on the date and type of room.
